Individual Therapy in Etobicoke & Mississauga As Well as Online Across Ontario

For the parts of you that feel stuck, overwhelmed, or hard to name. You don't have to sort through it alone.

Maybe you've been holding it together for a long time.

On the outside, things might look fine. But inside, something feels heavy; old patterns keep repeating, emotions feel too big or strangely out of reach, and the coping strategies that used to work just aren't working anymore.

Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable. If you're reading this, some part of you is already looking for something different. That matters.

Individual therapy is a space to slow down, be met with care instead of judgment, and finally make sense of what's been going on beneath the surface.

Therapy for more than surface-level coping

I work with adults who are navigating:

  • Trauma and past wounds — experiences that still shape how you feel, connect, and protect yourself today

  • Anxiety and emotional overwhelm — when your mind won't quiet down or your emotions feel like too much

  • Relationship difficulties — patterns of conflict, distance, or losing yourself in your connections with others

  • Grief and loss — of a person, a relationship, an identity, or a version of your life you expected

  • Life transitions — new roles, new places, endings and beginnings, and the identity questions that come with them

  • A sense that something no longer fits — even when you can't quite put words to it yet

I'm especially passionate about supporting both men and women navigating life transitions, individuals healing from past wounds, and clients who are ready to understand themselves more deeply.

A warm, grounded space to explore your inner world

My approach is integrative and relational, which means the relationship we build together is at the heart of the work. Sessions are shaped around you, not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

Depending on your needs and goals, I draw on:

  • Emotion-focused therapy — learning to understand and work with your emotions rather than being run by them

  • Internal family systems-informed work — getting to know the different parts of you, including the protective ones

  • Person-centred therapy — you are the expert on your own life; I'm here to walk alongside you

  • Mindfulness-based approaches — building steadiness and self-awareness in the present moment

Together, we explore the emotional patterns, past experiences, and protective strategies that may be keeping you stuck. My goal is to help you strengthen your relationship with yourself and move toward lasting change with greater clarity, self-trust, and self-compassion.

I'm not afraid to sit with you in the heaviness of your inner world. I will meet you there with care, curiosity, and respect.

What working together looks like

  1. Free consultation. We start with a brief phone or video call. You can share what's bringing you to therapy, ask questions, and get a feel for whether we're a good fit. No pressure, no commitment.

  2. First sessions. We go at your pace. Early sessions are about building safety and trust while I get to understand your story, your goals, and what you need from this space.

  3. Ongoing work. As trust deepens, so does the work. Many people find that over time they feel more grounded, more connected to themselves, and better able to navigate what life brings.

Sessions are 60 minutes and typically weekly or biweekly, depending on what fits your life and goals.
